Refund & Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
🔹 Bracelet and pendant sizes are already mentioned in product images. Please check your size before placing an order. Size issues will not be considered for returns or refunds.
🔹 Customers must bear a ₹110 return shipping cost, which will be adjusted against the refund amount.
🔹 Please record an “Unboxing Video” (360° angles) when receiving your package. This video is required as proof for any damage claims.
2. Return Timeframe
🗓️ Our return/exchange policy is valid for 6 days from the date you receive your item. After 6 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
🔹 The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
🔹 The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal hygiene products (e.g., Nath (Nose Pin), Toe Rings, Earrings, Hair Accessories, Face Masks)
- Gift cards, health, and beauty products
3. Refund Process
📌 Once we receive your returned item, we will send you an email notification.
📌 If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
📌 If you do not receive the refund on time, please check with your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchange Policy
🔄 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
🔹 Minor color or design variations compared to the website images will not be eligible for an exchange.

5. Gift Return Policy
🎁 If an item was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit after the return is approved.
📌 If the gift giver purchased the item for themselves and later gave it to you, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
6. Shipping & Costs
🚚 Customers must pay for their own return shipping costs.
🚫 Shipping charges are non-refundable.
